Event Details

WTSA along with Landmark College and Rockstar Energy Drink are presenting a BENEFIT concert on December 3rd to help fund Project Feed the Thousands.  It is a Aerosmith Tribute Band, "Draw the Line" with special guest David Hull!     They are the only Tribute band endorsed by Aerosmith!   They look like Aerosmith and sound like Aerosmith!  Next summer they will be on Broadway with their show,   It should be real fun.  Tickets are $20 and it's open to all ages.  We will be hosting a pre-concert party at the Putney Inn from 4:00-6:00 that night with the band as the concert starts at 7pm at the Greenhoe Theatre, Landmark College.

Project Feed the Thousands

Project Feed the Thousands was started in 1993 by Larry Smith, formerly of WTSA radio (now with Entergy Vermont Yankee) and George Haynes, formerly of the Brattleboro Savings & Loan. Their initial goal was to fill a single tractor trailer with food for people in Brattleboro area.

Over the years, the need has grown. Project Feed has also grown in size and scope. Today, Project Feed the Thousands collects more than 25 tractor trailers’ worth (that's about 62,500 bags!) of food and personal care items for thousands of people in and around six communities across southeastern Vermont and southwestern, NH. We also aim to raise $100,000.00 in cash -- which will help buy even more food for neighbors who would otherwise go hungry.
